Hokkaido Tracks is the premier integrated real estate solutions provider offering sales, project management and property management services in the world class ski area of Hirafu. We are responsible for an increasing portfolio of award winning high-end properties, and have a solid pipeline of projects that is continuing to grow, including landmark developments set to change the face of the village. As a result, we are looking to expand our diverse team of professionals with talented people who are interested in building a long-term career and growing with the company.


  • Assist with holiday accommodation bookings
  • Build relationships with guest service suppliers
  • Establish processes for booking guest services
  • Establish processes that improve customer service to holiday guests
  • Report damage, maintenance and cleaning issues to respective supervisors
  • Audit guest service bookings made by seasonal staff


  • Native Japanese language skills
  • Business level English language skills
  • Chinese language skills desired but not necessary
  • Competent Microsoft Office user
  • Ability to type quickly
  • Eye for detail
  • Previous customer service experience desired


  • Base salary range = ¥2,500,000 to 4,000,000 p.a depending on skills and experience
  • 20 days paid annual leave

  • メンテナンス等からくる各宿泊施設の破損やクリーニングを要する案件などを上司に報告する
  • 期間雇用スタッフによる宿泊予約等の確認


  • ネイティブレベルの日本語
  • ビジネスレベルの英会話
  • 中国語が話せれば尚可
  • 十分にマイクロソフトオフィスを使える方
  • 素早くキーボードをタイプ出来る方
  •  細部にもよく目が届く方
  • カスタマーサービス経験のある方歓迎


  • 基本年収 2,500,000円~4,000,000円 スキルと経験により変動します
  • 有給休暇 20日
